The first UK Ed’s opened in July 2006 at the Omniplex Cinema complex in Lisburn. It has quickly established itself as one of N.I.'s busiest restaurants. Ed’s is a diner for people who dislike diners. Fresh food, great atmosphere, fantastic service & not an American flag or Budweiser neon, in sight.
