Ed’s is based on the famous Ed’s Bar & Grill in Chicago. This downtown restaurant was in full swing during the late forties & fifties.

Drawing on the post war feel good factor, this was the place to eat, with its classic Art-deco influences & clean cut lines. This high-end restaurant was famous for great food, service & atmosphere, with live music turning it into the hottest spot in town, every weekend.

Well Ed’s Lisburn, is no exception. Our focus is to deliver fresh food, with style & pizzazz, served by friendly knowledgeable staff. Whilst listening to the sounds of every one from Buddy Holly to Glen Miller.

Ed’s Bar & Grill opened its doors last summer & has quickly established itself as one of N.I. busiest restaurants. It’s a Diner for people who hate Diners. Fresh food, great atmosphere, fantastic service & not an American flag or Budweiser neon, in sight.

Ed’s is clean, bright & modern, but some how it’s still PURE 50’s rock & roll. It’s like stepping back 50 years in time, but with all the comforts of a modern, cosmopolitan, restaurant.
